  Recommendations一般基于Conclusions，需要你提供Possible Solutions，以解决Report中出现的问题。什么时候应该采取什么样的行动是我们在写作时需要格外注意的一点。你在撰写Report时，可以参考下面的建议来完成Recommendations部分的写作。

  

  一、Recommendations主要内容

  Recommendations应该包括以下几个重要方面：

  1) 应采取什么Actions，谁应该参与实施；

  2) 可以做些什么来实现更好或更全面的结果；

  3) 实施Recommendations的时候，可能会遇到什么样的Risks；

  4) 怎么做才能成为Best Solution；

  5) 为了获得Continuous Improvement，我们需要做哪些Further Research。

  

  二、Recommendations注意事项

  1) 建议部分是报告的最后一个主要部分。

  2) 这部分应该在结论之后，附录之前。

  3) 建议应该有编号，以便读者阅读和引用。

  4) 建议应该有一个introductory sentence / paragraph，以便与结论联系起来，并概述各个方面。例如：'Due to the customer complaint and the lack of guidelines to prevent untrained sales staff from serving customers, the following recommendations are made concerning compensating the customer and revising the guidelines.'

  5) 推荐应该有小标题，以便读者容易找到合适的信息。

  6) 建议应该提到其所解决的问题。例如：'In the light of the customer's complaint that our salesperson recommended the wrong product to him, we should ensure that all sales staff complete their product training before serving customers.'

  7) 前面提到的单个对象应该称为'it'，而前面提到的情况应该称为'This'。例如：' The product was not suitable, so we should replace it ' ( 'it' = the product，或' The product was not suitable, and this caused the customer to complain' ( 'this' = The lack of suitability of the product).

  整体而言，你的Recommendations应该切实可行，并且逻辑上与讨论和结论相关。一定要记住，Recommendations不应与研究的结论混淆。这部分应该只关注对未来行动的建议，不要展示新的发现或统计/实验数据，同时不应该有任何理论概念。
