  　　Quantity Demanded(需求量)：The amount of the good that buyers are willing and able to purchase. The point of quantity demanded is that the buyers are able to purchase the goods. For example, everyone is will to buy 150 ㎡ apartment in the CBD of Shanghai, however not everyone can afford that, which cannot account in quantity demanded.

  　　

  　　The law of Demand(需求定律)：Many things have impact on the quantity demanded of any goods, among which price plays a centrol role in quantity demand. Other things being equal, the quantity demanded of a good falls when the price of the good rises. The relationship between quantity demanded and price can be demonstrated on Demand Curve(需求曲线). Let's take ice-cream market as an example and show that bellow:
