伦敦政治经济学院(LSE)

LSE有2个人力方向,一个主要针对欧洲和英国学生设计,中国学生极少,建议学过社会学的学生转专业申请。这个专业收50人左右,毕业同时会有CIPD会员资格。另一个专业是国际劳动关系和HRM,选修课程多,覆盖劳动经济学等诸多领域,更建议国际学生申请,招收的人数多。

曼彻斯特人力好多多,MBS+环发,会挑花眼的。当然,我们主要说MBS的。国际学生选Intetnational route那个多点,课程相对轻松,如果有留英打算,想必修CIPD课程的,这个可以选domestic route,这个会附加作业和3000字的report,比较烦。第二学期会比较痛苦,量很大时间紧,建议有工作背景申请。

卡大人力算全英比较强的学校之一,课程设置细致而实用。课程强度比较大,与此同时,挂科率相对比较高。国外有学生放弃去WBS选择去卡迪夫这个专业。有CIPD认证,收学生中等不算多,体验度不错。

Warwick的hrm不算王牌专业但大牌,因为这个课程对专业背景没有硬性规定。所以申的人多,有CIPD认证,加上华威商学院有钱,资源丰富,专业比较豪,会请些个资深的高级的从业人员来授课,探讨当下热门话题。

爱丁堡的的HRM在商学院里,任何专业都能申,2012年开了CIPD认证,这个专业适合以后做培训以及处理员工关系。申请难度比不上曼大和兰卡这些学校,甚至和杜伦比,也会推荐杜伦多一点。
