什么是Paraphrase？Paraphrasing写作方法

学术论文写作中，“Paraphrasing”是指用不同的方式重写相同的信息。这有助于你更好地将想法整合到你正在撰写的特定作品中。这意味着，你的文字应该与原文不一样，但是意思必须相同，简单来说就是用你自己的话来表达一段原文。你可以改变一段话的用词或措辞，但必须保留并充分传达原文的意思，最后必须要注明原始来源。这里有一些进行Paraphrasing的方法，一起来了解一下吧！

一、Paraphrasing基本方法

1、改变想法和单词的顺序。这可以帮助你强调你对原文的理解。

2、如有必要，改变词形/语法形式。

3、如果合适，使用同义词，但不要改变任何特定的术语。

4、如果一些单词保持相同的顺序(三个或更多连续的单词)，你需要在这些单词周围使用引号。

5、如有必要，添加有关信息来源的详细信息。

6、保留作者姓名和页码。

二、Paraphrasing示例分析

1、第一句

原文：Universities also place the burden of understanding plagiarism and attribution conventions on students.

转述：The responsibility for learning how to reference correctly and avoid plagiarism tends to be passed from the university to the students, as Sutherland-Smith (2010:9) found.

这里，进行了以下更改：

(1)想法或单词的顺序；

(2)单词形式 ('place the burden on' 更改为 'to be passed to')；

(3)同义词('understanding'改为'learning how to'，'plagiarism and attribution conventions'改为'reference correctly and avoid plagiarism')。请注意，一些关键术语没有更改。

2、第二句

原文：There are myriad information-laden web-based self-help tutorials and workshops on related sites for the universities in this study.
