　　1. Determine if a case study will answer your research question

　　决定是否用case study来写你的留学毕业论文要看是否这种方法能够符合你提出的research question

　　2. Identify the case

　　你的case应该是为论文research question而服务的，如果回答不了这个case就不是最优的。寻找case的时候可以参考一下你的相关研究方向的教授都用了什么case。

　　3. After collecting data… the researcher analyzes the data

　　If a single instrumental case study… data categorized into themes…

　　If collective / multiple case study…within-case analysis determine common themes between all of the cases…

　　在论文finding部分，将data进行分类汇总，说现象不要说结论，单一的case的话分析的时候所有data都是为了印证一个主题，如果是多个case相结合的情况是要从所有的case当中总结出一个common的主题，把data进行归类分析

　　4. Assertions…when the researcher makes interpretations of the meaning of the case data / themes

　　what should be learned from the meaning of the data.

　　在论文的discussion部分解释说明从data中得到的结论，在这部分你才是要分析data中印证出来的道理。
